Differentiated Strategy

*A firm targets multiple market segments,serving each with a product and market distribution process matched to more specifically need the segments unique needs and requirements(same company different company)

Niche Strategy

*Is frequently utilize by small firm or new company that choose to target one segment out of the overall market by offering very precise services
